The clips are stainless steel comb in and snap shut barrettes that are lead, mercury and cadmium free (GUARANTEED!). Heat sealed ribbon ends so that you don't have to worry about fraying. They are all super cute patterns but picky Patty will not like all of them for sure, so if you are looking for a particular ribbon then this is not the pack to get!
